Our Current Project
New Hope Nursery and Primary School
In 2022, we set out on an inspiring journey, acquiring one acre of raw land in the heart of rural eastern Uganda. To date, we have successfully erected six essential buildings, including three classroom structures that collectively host nine individual classrooms, a dormitory for our dedicated teachers, a bathroom facility, and a kitchen. While these facilities are already in use, none are yet fully completed.
Our mission is clear: we provide free education and nutritious meals to students from families who cannot afford tuition, and we offer shelter to orphaned students on our grounds. Currently, we are proud to serve 83 students and employ ten teachers, and we are steadily growing!
Our Focus
The immediate needs of New Hope School are pressing. Our three classroom buildings require windows and doors, along with interior plastering and concrete flooring. These improvements are vital for safeguarding our students and the structures themselves from the harsh rainstorms that frequently impact our region.
