Create new life opportunities for people born into less fortunate circumstances such that they have the freedom to develop themselves, their families, and communities: engaging their innate human creativity in the living of their lives.

We do this by assisting in the ground-up development of real and essential elements in underserved locations that lay the foundation for vibrant self-sustaining communities:

• The purchase of land for community infrastructure and farming
• Implementation of new infrastructure elements: safe water, electric power, and roads
• Building of physical structures with supporting resources
• Schools
• Orphanages and Safe Harbor Centers for at-risk women and children

Multifunction Community Development Centers provide a myriad of essential local services:

• Healthcare service location
• Spiritual meeting facilities
• Community meeting location
• Local government seat
• Community vocational education opportunities
